The room was clean and spacious. The amenities such as a microwave and fridge are useful if you want a more lived in feel.

Stay only if you really need a kitchenette The pro was the room cleanliness and convenience of having a kitchenette. Though the room smelled really musty. The negatives were how unhelpful the staff was. While booking, several months in advance, I asked for a room close to the lobby or at least the elevator, since we have an infant. The note was on the printout I received when I got there, however, we were given a room on the top floor and furthest from the elevator. It seemed that they did not even pay attention to my note.... read more

There are times when that is impossible because guest are already in those rooms and we can only choose from rooms that had checked out on the day of your arrival. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The I like to have coffee in my room. The room was very quiet.

Commend the staff It seems to be an older hotel so you can't expect anything 'high end.' But our room was nice, quiet and no complaints there at all. They only serve coffee and some packaged muffins, oatmeal or granola bars - so if you are a breakfast person you will need to go out. The price was very fair for location and room. But the one thing that was amazing and outstanding was the customer service. Everyone from the young lady at the front desk to the house keeping staff were extremely friendly. Front desk assistance was rude, I arrive 3am from work and she had a bad attitude.

Sauber, nett, praktisch Das hotel ist sauber, gutes preis leistungsverhältnis und gute lage wenn man das wassertaxi nach charleston nimmt

The bed was a rock. If you're comfortable sleeping on the floor, this is definitely the place for you.
