New Years weekend 2017 Very pleased with our holiday stay. The hotel is very conveniently located and also a very quiet area. Not far from anywhere you want to go in the Charleston area. Overheard some guests complaining about the hotel not having breakfast available. Well it's an Extended Stay with a Kitchenette. It wasn't advertised with a breakfast. I have zero issue with this. That being said there was coffee in lobby each morning. For breakfast head over the bridge and try the Sweet Water Cafe.

Good location It had the basic necessities and the location was great and convenient. Staff wasn’t always most friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a little disappointing and not much of anything.

Nice hotel in great location We had a mini kitchen which is great, and this hotel is not far from downtown Charleston. Hotel was clean and they allow pets as well. Walls are thin, if possible ask to be far away from other guests.

Decent We stayed here due to evacuation from Hurricane Irma in Florida. Everything was decent, nothing over the top. Just a place to say and accommodate.
