Just a few appliances were broken. My food went bad from fridge being broke an I never got a discount.

Served our stay well Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and we requested kitchen items and they were in the room when we arrived. It did seem a little dated but very much what we were looking for since we were staying 4 days. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Quiet, bed was comfortable. Although it had a kitchen, you must rent utensils/kitchen ware, none were provided.
