First of all the 1st room they gave us somebody was already in there then they gave us another one and somebody walked in as we was laying down

Our room smelled really bad. There was dried vomit that had run down the front of our toilet . The sink had toothpaste on it. The bathroom counter had small hair on it( beard,mustache).

Please accept our apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor.
