I’ve stayed at this hotels a few times, but my most recent stay wasn’t what I was used to. I was bitten a few times while in bed. There was a power outage, so I had to use my phone to check the bed and there were tiny bugs crawling. I’m not sure if they were bed bugs. I went to the front desk, showed the video and asked to cancel my additional night stay. They assured me that the manager would take care of it and she did.
