The facility was amazing with all the renovations done, especiallyto the rooms. Our bed was beyond comfortable and we had everything we could need. This Florida girl just wishes there had been a pool but we loved staying here!

Trip to Charlotte We stayed only two nights out of the 4 we booked as we were too far from the autofair. The grounds of the hotel were not very clean, but the neighborhood was nice for walking the dogs. Pet fees were kind of high. Room was bare no coffee in room, and only a grab n go breakfast.

It looks brand new or, rather, recently remodeled. So, that's good. The entrance to the hotel does not look pleasant. It kind of made me wonder if we were entering the hotel premises or an abandoned/vacant property. That I did not like. Also, while heading towards our room on the 3rd floor, it stank a lot like cigarettes. My wife and I thought we were assigned a "smokers" room. I strongly disliked that for my wife and I, but even more because of our kids.
