When I booked the room online. I asked for the non smoking room. When I checked in, I was placed into smoking room. I had to go back yo the front desk and ask to put me in a non smoking room because my room smelled so bad. I also did not get a key for the room because the system was down. I was also very surprised that the "free internet" was not actually free if I wanted to streem the movies on my laptop. What a pity rip off.

Ha! What stay!? We didnt get to stay because the lady at the front desk said we could not check in because it was almost 2a.m and we had been to a concert & didn't get there until late! She was so rude! So we left and drove 3 hours back home! 30 minutes after we left my card was ran for the stay we didnt get!!

When i arrived the associate informed me there was a $150 deposit. There was no mention of this when booking. Apparently it is a new rule. Then after i checked in, my key didn’t work. I sent my daughter down to tell the clerk as i waited at the door. A lady comes down the hall with her luggage and says her room is my room number. My key didn’t work because he book someone in the same room right after me. Finally got it fixed. There were some stains on on the sheets, but the only thing that truely bothered me was the $150 deposit that i was completely unaware of prior to getting there, making my 87 dollar night almost 300 dollars (they said it would be returned within 3 days) but still ive never heard of being charged more blindly !! Some people may not have an extra 150 they wont need so i find that ridiculous.

150 surcharges is a lot also the bed would move just a plain frame that was not bolted down
