I was suppose to be getting a refund back because I didn’t stay ! The bathroom (toilet)didn’t work and tub was dirty

There was a musty smell in the room when we entered. The elevator was broken. There was no complimentary breakfast. Weed smell in the halls.

Kitchen was not fully equipped. It wasnt having dishwasher and we take time off and rent hotels to be away from household chores but not wash utensils at a hotel too :(. This was a major let down. May be i didnt see what facilites been provided at the time of booking. Staffs are VERY FRIENDLY. They did their best of their abilites. parking is good and safe Room : Room 118 floors were not cleaned at all. If you walk on a bare foot it could turn dirty in seconds. It was so dirty. Room was not clean. Roaches in rooms, staff knows and is aware but will not say anything unless you mention it. Would not recommend.

People loitering around the outside of the property...also property was difficult to see and locate. Property hidden

Place was terrible
I highly do not recommend, horrible experience. I didn’t even end up staying. During the short time I was in the hotel there was fighting in the room next to mine and banging on the walls. The front desk lady was unable to be helpful and very rude. The place did not feel like a safe place to stay there were even cop car doing drive by the building. I left the same day I checked in and went and stayed somewhere else.
