Where are the staff members?!? When I was first checking in I went into the lobby and there was no staff to be found. I literally stood in the lobby for 20 minutes and still no staff members appeared. I finally had to literally scream at the top of my lungs "hello!" Before someone finally came to check me in. The time to be with family It was a very nice stay. I was with my family most of the day in Charlotte but it was a pleasant place to return to in the evening
