REPLACE THE CARPETS ALREADY. They almost didn’t have a room available, luckily even though we booked on here they had ONE left. The hotel was less than appealing on the outer exterior. A bit dingy. The foyer and customer service area were clean and smelled nice due to the constant chemicals from air fresheners. Then, you leave the lobby and as soon as you turn to the hallway..the STENCH. Warmth , caring The lobby was clean and the staff were kind and polite. Everyone always had a smile. Pleasant when needed something.

Other then check-in and checking out there was NEVER anyone at the front desk which was a problem for me. The kitchenette should be updated other than that the room was fine. They should offer king size bed rooms. The hallways needs to be renovated.
