Found 3 roaches and a spider in our room over 2 nights stay. Wheelchir accessible room was good, walk in shower with shower chair. Refrigerator was clean as well as the bathroom.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. But on the way to the room, we noticed a really awful smell, like sewage. Luckily our room did not smell. Although the bathroom was clean, it felt severely outdated and there were mold stains in the ceiling. One of the bed side lamp’s bulb was out. There was a corner chair that was very dirty and stained so we couldn’t use it. The beds were super comfortable and clean.

I was in a non- smoking room, but it smelled like cigarettes, couldn't sleep much to noisy. They charge for WiFi. Supposed to be free. I stayed there a week and it was very expensive, a rent payment for one week.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice/ friendly. My only problem I was concerned about the people walking in and out of the hotel. One man approached my daughter and asked to use her phone because he was trying to reach somebody in the hotel and the hotel wouldn’t let him use the phone.
