Front desk personnel very welcoming, room clean, kitchen dated but acceptable. Breakfast? Not much.

Booked 7 weeks in advance. Told us the place was booked upon arrival. Said first come, first serve. Then said few rooms, but dirty and housekeeper gone..It was busy concert weekend and couldnt find other accommodations. Others were mad also and spoke to Manager. 30 min later, a few rooms were miraculously available. 🤔 ohh AND clean!?!?!

REPLACE THE CARPETS ALREADY. They almost didn’t have a room available, luckily even though we booked on here they had ONE left. The hotel was less than appealing on the outer exterior. A bit dingy. The foyer and customer service area were clean and smelled nice due to the constant chemicals from air fresheners. Then, you leave the lobby and as soon as you turn to the hallway..the STENCH. Other then check-in and checking out there was NEVER anyone at the front desk which was a problem for me. The kitchenette should be updated other than that the room was fine. They should offer king size bed rooms. The hallways needs to be renovated.
