Overly priced and a horrible location First, the location is horrible. There is literally nothing of interest around. Second, customer service was horrendous. I waited 10 minutes to check in as 2 reps assisted 1 customer. When my husband and I left for dinner there was a group of people standing outside hanging around in the hotel’s parking lot.

Never again Hotel was ‘aged’ but acceptable. I been in a lot worse. Our minimal dealings with the staff was pleasant. Room had a funky smell to it. It reminded me of ‘old people’s house’ I’m not young (56) but, the smell just wasn’t good. Beds could stand to be replaced, but, again, I’ve slept in worse. Bottom line, if I go out to Virginia again I would not stay here. Everything could’ve been perfect, but, the smell is enough for me.

The Staff was great! The hotel was okay. The hotel was okay. If it wasn't for the staff, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hallway and room of the second floor had a terrible smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. They do not clean the rooms daily and told us they only clean once a week unless a guest leaves and they have to prepare for a new guest. They told us to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to get new towels. We did that and they told us they were washing towels and it would be about an hour before they had towels available.
