Wesley was extremely nice..and polite. It's good to have someone check you in full of energy and pleasant. His customer service was beyond excellent.

Got the job done for the night.. Front desk was VERY nice! Our original room wasn’t clean so we had to move rooms, our new room worked just fine.. clean room, no odor, has all the basics for need to sleep. The cons: shower pressure was a joke, bed feels like the floor with a blanket draped over it, you can hear people in the halls or walking above you. Wouldn’t recommend but enough for the price.

The facility is old, and the second floor had a mildewed smell throughout the halls and our room. When I told the desk clerk, she offered me a Febreze. The kitchenette was cramped and dated. Otherwise, the bed was good, and the bathroom was clean and in good condition... but the bathroom door was broken... split in half at the top. If you closed the bathroom door, half the door remained in the frame when you tried to pull it open. I told the desk clerk it needed to be repaired... but will it be??
