Nice hotel in western branch It was very clean. The service was good. The only problem was the breakfast. I've been to continental breakfasts with more than what they offered. All that was there was coffee, hot water, oatmeal and granola bars. Can i get an orange juice or at the least a water?!?. Otherwise a good stay overall.

Never again Hotel was ‘aged’ but acceptable. I been in a lot worse. Our minimal dealings with the staff was pleasant. Room had a funky smell to it. It reminded me of ‘old people’s house’ I’m not young (56) but, the smell just wasn’t good. Beds could stand to be replaced, but, again, I’ve slept in worse. Bottom line, if I go out to Virginia again I would not stay here. Everything could’ve been perfect, but, the smell is enough for me.

Overly priced and a horrible location First, the location is horrible. There is literally nothing of interest around. Second, customer service was horrendous. I waited 10 minutes to check in as 2 reps assisted 1 customer. When my husband and I left for dinner there was a group of people standing outside hanging around in the hotel’s parking lot.
