Michelle the GM is great.
Staff needs to be more enthusiastic. Bed was lumpy. Otherwise it was a quiet stay.
Washing machines and dryers are excellent!

Great stay overall! Staff are amazing! This a safe and clean hotel. Other guests were friendly. Loved the accepted pets. CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING!!! As well as, accommodating. Only complaints are ice machine has not worked entire stay (at least month) and the bed does not have center slats so bed sank in middle. If you sat on edge you would roll to center. 4 complaints made!
