Chesapeake room was dirty and no change of towels or sheets, trash too unless you are there for a week.

Never again. A real dump. Staff had no idea what rooms were available or who was in them. Had to move out before our time was up, and of coursed, lost money as a result.. A really bad exerience.

You get what you PAY for... was not intended for short stay...no room service, no closet,no up to date furniture. had a stuffy smell, this was a in between house for people so not a good vacation place

Musty, stale, Old smoke filled room Very musty, old smoke filled room including pillows, rugs, bed covering, window ledge grease, never saw but one person at the check in counter over the 3 day stay to speak to about the problem, just a very bad experience, especially since I came to Norfolk to visit a very sick person who later passed away.

On the lower end for extended stays I was put into a room in which the stove and frig were rusted and old. The office table didn't have a chair and the TV was very old. When I went to the front desk another clerk took me to a room that was across the hall and it had updated furniture a flat screen TV and new appliances. Upon my comment that the room was much nicer than mine the clerk quickly asked if I wanted to switch rooms and did so. I had no issues with the service, just the room conditions I was put into.

Not up to speed in Greenbriar The staff was fine but the condition of the hotel was shabby. The hardwood (laminate) floor in the room entryway was permanently soiled as was the majority of the carpet in the room. Also, the air conditioner was positioned about 30 inches from the bed and blew directly on me throughout the night.

Dr. Bookers's concerns I would not recommend unless concerns were addressed. I asked that dirty refrigerator be cleaned, it was not. I could not afford to move to another hotel therefore I went out to purchase cleaning products and cleaned myself. There was an awful smell in this hotel of less than five years, and the air from the heat systems smelled of urine. Dr. Booker
