OK but marginal After reading the previous review I was expecting more. The remodel of 2016 was not impressive. Elevator make all kinds of noises and was dirty. I found the stairs. The room was ok, overall. The fridge was non operational and the room was hot. The fridge had been unplugged and the window AC was right by the bed. It took a while but it finally cooled the room. The staff was AMAZING even called to make sure I was settled into the room ok but the hotel overall was not my best experience. Probably would never stay here again

Not so good! Bathroom doesn't have locks and vents . Management couldnt get us extra rollover beds..

A lost Cause with a cost This is the worst hotel experience I've ever gone through..The check-in was different. I paid upfront for the stay with a credit card. I was informed I had to leave a $ 100.00 deposit once I checked in for incidentals. I was uncomfortable with this. I was told it was hotel policy. The first night I could not access their wifi which they advertise as free. I had to waste thirty minutes of my time on the phone with their technical support people. The Worst hotel I have ever seen The staff was friendly.the halls smelled like cigarette smoke..the room smelled lIke mold..the carpet was so old I did not want to walk on it with my bare feet...the the room was filthy.I found hair in the bed,hair on the bathroom floor...the furniture was so old the wood was lifting and ripped up side tables...I couldn't even sleep it was that nasty.....this hotel needs renovations.

Poor bed rooms need upgrades The room was old no good funiture all rip broken down the only thing was that the manager was nice to send me what i left behind a bag i cant believe they delete all the pictures i had but i still got them the rooms was awful

wow last time was great. this time the ghetto lady behind the desk was super rude to us. she gave us a room that the bathroom wasn't cleaned. the shower had nasty drainage coming from the pipes.
