Customer service was excellent.
Outside noise and noise from other rooms was irritating but not bad enough to complain. The shower had hair in it. The hand soap was useless. The "complimentary" breakfast/options were underwhelming to say the least. packaged bars and muffins were terribly dry. The coffee was terrible. But for the price it served its purpose.

Nice Hotel for Biz Trip Nice hotel. Ice machine would have been a great addition.

A few problems but mostly alright Even though the room I booked was non smoking, the bed and the towels all smelled like cigarette. Some towels were also already dirty or stained before they were used.To add to that, the wifi did not work. Overall, it could have been better, but the room did the job and I've definitely seen worse at other places.
