Glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. My stay was wonderful. Front desk customer service aimed to please. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

CLEAN SUITE-BRNG-EARPLUGS-NO LATE CHECKOUT!! :( My only negative would have to be that I was not allowed to have a later check out time past 11am. My neighbors were up partying, yelling, loud music, and sometimes fighting all hours of the night. I had a very important meeting later that evening in Richmond and the extra sleep and extra time to get ready would have made all the difference!!!! :)

Floors were sticky Shower was not washed properly there was strands of hair on the shower walls No way that bed was a queen definitely was a full size bed. Outlets were bad and need to be replaced could not plug up any electronics to charge
