I liked the hotel's staff, service, cleanliness, neatness, and the comfort of home with the suite and full kitchen. My only disappointment was in the area of no computers or way for me to print out my airline boarding pass for my departing flight from Norfolk to Memphis. I had to go and locate a place/store where I could do this. First I went to the Fedex which was not open when it was supposed to be. Overall this was not one of the nicer Extended Stays however, Alexis from the front desk was a great help and made my experience there beyond wonderful.
