Clean enough but no coffee pot, no room cleaning, and no breakfast (except coffee). Basically no service

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. I liked the hotel's staff, service, cleanliness, neatness, and the comfort of home with the suite and full kitchen. My only disappointment was in the area of no computers or way for me to print out my airline boarding pass for my departing flight from Norfolk to Memphis. I had to go and locate a place/store where I could do this. First I went to the Fedex which was not open when it was supposed to be.
