First I was given a key to a room that had not been cleaned and after going to second room . No hot water

Very nice basic extended stay. Toilets didn’t flush very well, but else very good.

It was way too expensive for the amenities that you get. No dishes, barely any towels and the whole place smelled like cigarettes

Nice place to stay. We have stayed her before and probably will stay again in the future. Service was fair and staff helpful. My only complaints are I went to the front desk a couple times no staff available and no one answered when I called on the phone after ringing 8+ times and having to log into the wifi everyday (we were there for 6 nights, Otherwise it is a nice place to stay for the value.
