Not bad. Needed a place to stay while we go run errands. Not from VA and the weather was awful so we picked this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice. His name is Ivan. The room needed some work. Under the bed there were shorts, apple Jack cereal, and goldfish. Near the AC area there needed some wall filling. I had to keep getting new towels for my room. Was expecting room service to come make my bed or bring new towels but never did. They came into my room but never did anything
