This property should be rated a 5 star hotel. Management is awesome. Every member of staff here at Greenbrier is extremy deticated. They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are well taking care of. You are treated like family here at the Extended stay America Greenbrier location. Give these guys a pay raise. They deserve it. Rooms are clean, service is excellent. Security is awesome. Thanks to all staff at this property for takibg good care of my workers. See you again soon.

First I was given a key to a room that had not been cleaned and after going to second room . No hot water

Very nice basic extended stay. Toilets didn’t flush very well, but else very good.

It was way too expensive for the amenities that you get. No dishes, barely any towels and the whole place smelled like cigarettes
