It was way too expensive for the amenities that you get. No dishes, barely any towels and the whole place smelled like cigarettes
Customer Service Nelita and Elsie exemplified exceptional customer service; making sure our requests were met and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. That meant the world to us.
I love the building n everything was right except I didn’t no it didn’t have no oven
Nice place to stay. We have stayed her before and probably will stay again in the future. Service was fair and staff helpful. My only complaints are I went to the front desk a couple times no staff available and no one answered when I called on the phone after ringing 8+ times and having to log into the wifi everyday (we were there for 6 nights, Otherwise it is a nice place to stay for the value.
Did not get the king bed we reserved. Two rooms were dirty. Took 45 min to check in.
