Great Staff we like to do a BBQ and cook for our work team that is there, the hotel staff were great in letting us use the conference room for our meals. Bernice is an big asset to this hotel.. all the staff were great!!!

Good hotel The hotel was nice & quiet but the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. I moved the recliner chair & found trash underneath & the mattress cover had some stains on it. The room is a nice setup but don't expect to have the kind of space you would in a suite. It was nice to have hot coffee, oatmeal, & a granola bar in the morning. The hotel is very conveniently located.

Great hotel close to family. Quite room. Safety was not always on par due to guest propping open back doors at night. The add on hotels.com suggested a better breakfast then what was offered. I expected a hot breakfast such as oatmeal, eggs or waffles but got coffee, the muffin were not fresh and the fruit was over ripe and some was rotten but overall it was a great stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend to family and friends and I would stay there again.

Was impressed upon arrival. Very spacious room. After first night stay there was no room service. I was told you had to stay for more than 8 nights for free room service. Otherwise there was a fee. The second day the front desk had to hunt down clean linens and our room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay. Short term stay I would recommend. Anything over a 2 night stay it would be my last resort. To much money for no room service.
Bare Bones Hotel No maid service. No coffee maker in room.

It should have been explained to you at check in that our housekeeping is standard for guests staying eight or more days, or for a nominal fee for guests. The coffee maker, on the other hand, can be requested at the front desk or called for. Great family room The hotel location is great next to 64 so traveling anywhere is easy. The room and hotel is very clean. Our room was very comfortable minus the lack of at least one more chair (3 in room, 4 of us). The kitchenette could be nicer but overall did a good job for us. Only complaint is that the kitchen supplies are limited and you have to request them since they are not left in the room.
