ESA Buffalo, Grove Il. ESA refused to provide me with proof of departure. I stayed only 5 nights and departed due to a family emergency on Saturday morning, July 4th at 6am. The staff at ESA was extremely rude and refused all my requests for a verification of departure. l will not stay at an ESA facility in the future.
