Not for us Thought we'd try this brand but it is too bare bones for us.

Extremely Disatisfied waited for 30 min before anyone came to the front desk to check us in. unpleasant oder in the hallway by our room and also in the room. opened window to remove oder. Room had a kitchen, opened cupboards, no dishes, just coffee grounds & food crumbs. this area and the bathroom were not cleaned very well or at all. appeared to be small blood stains on the carpet. two twin beds, not queen beds. Would never stay at this property again

Horrible Experience Arrived middle of night after making reservation with Hotels.com just 45 minutes earlier, when flights were canceled at Chicago International Airport. Paid in full for a room with king bed. Arrived after midnight and there was no reservation and they had no available rooms. Fortunately I was able to stay because the desk clerk cleaned up a handicapped room that was dirty and let me go there. It was smelly and pretty uncomfortable. not for me was not pleased with the smells and unfriendly atmosphere. I'm not sure how they can advertise that they provide breakfast...this was so skimpy and unpleasant.

No room service The place is neat and clean. Well maintained. I stayed there for 4 nights. The problem I feed is "No room service". Bed sheets were not changed. Used towels were not replaced. On contacting the front desk, I was told that room service is available only on 7 nights or longer stay. On day 1 I was told that breakfast would be available between 6 AM and 11 AM. But at 10:30 AM nothing was available. Breakfast bar is served for breakfast. When I pay $100 a day, I expect freshly cooked breakfast like bread, scramble... read more

rude staff, old facilities, no breakfast. beware: there is no room service. you get a clean room once you get in and wont get cleaned until the next guest comes. the continental breakfast is 2 pots of coffee, granola bars, apples and some muffins. all this fits in one 1'x4' table; you can imagine. you get one bottle of shampoo, one soap for the tub and one more in washing hands. clean towels enough for my one week stay. you can tell the room is old but it was clean. a couple of tv channels (4 espn, 3 cnn's, one indian channe... read more

Just ok and pricey The room smelled, bed and pillow could have been more comfortable. Seemed alittle run down. Thought the price was rather high for the quality. Ive stayed at cheaper places that were better.

HALLOWEEN HORROR LIKE STAY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUSINESS TRIP FOR 4 PEOPLE...ROOMS WERE NOT READY WHEN WE ARRIVED...ONE ROOM WAS STILL NOT CLEAN WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS...WALKING IN ON A DIRTY ROOM IS NASTY!!!! DOG BARKING ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL NIGHT LONG!!!! HOTEL EMPLOYEES DID NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT ANYTHING...COFFEE BAR WAS LEFT OVER COLD COFFEE FROM LORD KNOWS WHEN!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL, WHICH HAPPENED TO BE $20 LESS A NIGHT!!!

No Ice! The hotel has no ice machine! Our room had one ice tray (empty). The kitchen had nothing in it (no glasses, plates, etc). Had to go back to the front desk to be issued basic supplies. After staying at a Marriott property nearby, this hotel was a big step down.
