Worst experience Worst ever I have seen , rooms are not clean. I felt like sleeping in a garbage. No breakfast, vending machines are not working properly.

falsely advertised I picked this hotel for the location, price and free breakfast where only the location was worth it. Terrible customer service/rude/unavailable/and the breakfast was available 1 out of the 4 mornings we were there and the choice was 1 packet of oatmeal that I would go back up to my room and cook myself after having to ask yet again for bowls/spoons etc or 1 prepackaged small muffin

Lazy housekeeping. Said room was clean yet you could plainly see someone had slept on sheets. I changed the bed myself. They do not have enough kitchen utensils for the rooms so many had nothing. Staff was helpful.

Very Basic This is the definition of a "no-frills" experience. It has the basics, but thats about all. The rooms have basic amenities that you would expect from an extended stay (bed, closet, kitchen, bathroom). Nothing feels especially new or nice. But it's fine. Location is central to many things in the Buffalo Grove, Wheeling area - right on Milwaukee Ave. Note: this is an extended stay hotel, things like daily room service don't happen. Horrible experience I've ever had!! I was placed on a room that was a king studio and when i walked in, it smelled like urine. When I went back to the front desk to let them know about it, he said, "ohhhhh yeah!" As if he already knew and that created the worst experience. I then was placed in a queen room which I didn't get any reimbursement on the hotel room I originally placed that was a bit more. Never will I go back!

I could not WAIT to LEAVE My room smelled really bad, really bad, - how much does it cost to shampoo the carpets once in a while? Look it's a budget extended stay hotel, so one doesn't expect the Ritz Carlton, but really if you can't offer your guest an experience at least equivalent to say a Red Roof Inn (who are VERY consistent for a Budget chain) then why bother?

Do Not Go! My stay for my boyfriend and I was horrible. I've stayed at an Extended Stay Hotel before and everything was great. When it came to this hotel though, I was told at check out that if I needed anything, someone would be available 24hrs. The second night that I was there, I called for more towels for my room, this was around 10:30pm and I was told that I had to come to the desk to get them myself because no one comes around any time after 9pm.
