Someone needs to clean up the sidewalk The hotel was fairly convenient and the staff were pleasant. However there are animals at this hotel and there are so many dog droppings on the sidewalk next to the Hotel that you have to constantly watch where you are going in order to avoid stepping in them. It is not an exaggeration to say that people use the sidewalk as a bathroom for their pets and have been doing so for some time. It was quite unpleasant.

Extended Stay America Chicago - Buffalo Grove I still think that what time you check in that the time you should also checkout we should have that option. I stayed 1 night at Extended Stay America Chicago - Buffalo Grove. I stay on the 3rd floor musky smell in the room it looks old and beat up, loud, dog barking, toilet not working good, no bell to ring and no one behind the front desk for help, just to name a few. etc..

Ok for the price I paid The room was a lot smaller than the pictures I saw of it when booking. It was clean and the staff was really nice. We were told that it came with a pillow top bed, to my wife and I, is very important. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff neck and a sore back, I dreaded having to sleep on that bed the next night. I like a firm bed, but at least some kind of softness between the bed and sheet. It was a sheet over a hard rock. A few more blankets would have been nicer... read more

Not do good No cleaning of the room which might be ok for a hotel on a long term rental and for half the price. Stuck in a handicap room, coffee pot dirty, door key only worked once then get a new one, A/C way too loud, front desk not very nice or helpful.

Awefull I would never stay there again no room service for all three days I was there, they aren't the only hotel in town!!

Tr something else The place was not kept well. There was no room service. We had to return used towels to register to get new ones. Had to go to register to get coffee as well. The staff was generally friendly and accommodated odd requests.
