Property was dirty and not properly maintained.

Title: Worst Hotel Experience – Discriminatory Staff and Unwelcoming Environment I’ve stayed at several Extended Stay America locations and always appreciated their comfort and value, but my recent stay at the Burr Ridge location was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, anywhere. Made a earlier prior reservation, only to find out when we arrived they rented out our room to someone else. We had a diificult time to find another place to stay at the last minute.

They did not have the room although i had a booking. The person at the desk was rude and unhelpful. At 2am in the night i had to leave the property work an 80 year old senior citizen and look for another hotel to stay. Pathetic behavior i will never forget. Had to shell out almost twice as much pretty night for a last minute booking on another property thanks to this awful experience with extended stay America and expedia. Never again

This place is a dump. No housekeeping. They give you two soaps and no shampoo.

the location was very outdated the rooms were in need of a makeover the staff was not very friendly they lied about "breakfast" at the location
