They had a 70 year old cleaning the rooms and was available to clean what was dirty in my room

Late check in I paid for a 2 night stay although I only stayed one night. My plane arrived late so I ended up checking in early Saturday morning. The problem lies with the unavailability of my paid room. I had to wait because the room I paid for was given to someone else. The receptionist seemed bothered because of my late check in and lacked customer service.

Very disappointed When trying to initially open the night stand drawer, it broke. The front of the door almost came off. We wanted to report it immediately so we wouldn’t be charged. We were going to call the front desk with the room phone, but phone doesn’t work either. I then went downstairs to the front desk to report the issues and the lady working was very rude and unhelpful. Place is really run down . It’s not maintained . It’s dirty . The room I got had dust everywhere , housekeeping never came in. There were chunks of missing carpet in my room . Furniture is in bad shape . Staff was very nice and professional ..

The rooms are outdated and were not properly cleaned the bathroom had hair everywhere and the blankets had a weird smell to them even the stairs smelled bad staff was friendly but rooms looked like crap
