NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! WE STAYED AT THIS PLACE FROM FRIDAY TO SUNDAY, WE ACTUALLY WAS SUPPOSE TO STAY UNTIL MONDAY BUT THE EXPERIENCE OF THE PERVIOUS NIGHTS WERE SO AWFUL WE LEFT EARLY... THE FIRST NIGHT I FOUND A BUG IN THE BED WHEN I TURNED THE COVERS BACK AND HAD TO NOTIFY FRONT DESK (SHE WAS THE LAST AND ONLY NICE PERSON WE ENCOUNTERED THAT WORKED THERE EVERYONE ELSE WAS NOT) THERE WAS A LOUD HUMMING NOISE IN OUR ROOM THAT CAME FROM SOMEWHERE WE NEVER FIGURED THAT ONE OUT THAT MADE IT HARD TO SLEEP, ON TOP OF THAT EVERYNIGH... read more

Very dirty and cheap motel! Not happy at all. They need to update the rooms. Price is lot more than worth it.

Horrible smell in hallways and rooms Breakfast is misleading. Just muffins and coffee very crappy. Smell throughout the entire hotel and nasty rooms

Location is good but rooms are bad The first day morning I found that the water pressure in the toilet is not good and flushing is not working, went to the front desk and reported the issue. The lady on the front desk asked whether plunger can be used to fix the issue. I said the floor is wet and I need a room change, after little hesitance she gave me a new room. The new room looks like has not been used for some months hence I got a stray smell, I opened the room window a little bit and also ran the A/C, no change in the s... read more

There are better for the same price A noticeable odor greets you at the front door. Room was standard, but long black hairs were left behind by someone and not caught by housekeeping.

A room, not much more. Chicago was very busy and hotel rates obscene due to conventions. This room, a smoker's space, was truthfully the only room I could find. I could handle the "smoking" part, having grown up in the '60s. What was frustrating, though, was the vast amount pot smoke that emanated from the other rooms on the floor. The room doors all had gaps of about an inch between the threshold and the door, freely moving air out into common areas. The hotel was adequate. I stayed only one night since I was in town for a funeral.

Very so...so experience!!! They promised a breakfast. It turned out to be snacks. Hotel is lacking on amenities. My first and my last experience with Extended Stay America. I will go with smth else.
