シカゴ 冷蔵庫の大きさとキッチンが装備されている点は、良いがコーヒーサイフォンが無いのが唯一の不満です。周囲は、車が無いと何もないので楽しめません。寝る目的の環境としては、充分です。

Awful!!! It was terrible. Power went out on majority of the building. There was no contact from the personnel to communicate what was happening or how they intend to accommodate for the power loss. Due to the power loss the toilets would not flush and the lights in the hallway were out as well as the stairway. Will NEVER go there again. As I checked out the personnel did not even apologize for the Grand inconvenience,

Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly I was first booked for room 326. i went to use the toilet which still had feces in it. I then went to the bed and noticed hair strands and blood stained on the bedsheet. I called front desk and told her, and she immediately upgraded me to a king room 304. Thankfully she met me at 304 to hand me the keys and make sure everything was ok. Bed bugs...bed bugs...bed bugs Bed bugs, filth, stinking carpet...you name anything, they have. I booked for five days as it was right across my office. The night i checked in, the bed was full of bed bugs. Called the desk several times, no one lifted the phone. I came down stairs and complained to the lady at the desk. They could not find a new room for me and denied having seen bed bugs. I checked out at the same night around 1.00 am and left for another hotel. No swimming pool, No iron in the room. Room was not very clean and the windows were dirty. The room had no iron and the bed was hard. The room was nothing like the pictures online. The room was over priced. We did not stay my grand child and I checked out.

DIRTY SHEETS.!!! TERRIBLE HOUSEKEEPING.!!! The Room was fine but he sheets on both beds were dirty... Horrible housekeeping service.!!! And breakfast??? It's just a little table with muffins and coffe.!!! No coming back.!!!
