Not what I expected This room had a kitchenette with a large full sized frig. No pots or pans or utensils...I think you would be charged as part of there incidental charge. I didn't need anything so just assuming as there was none in the kitchenette. Room was not the cleanest. Cupboards were dirty & frig not the cleanliest & no sink stopper for the sink. Complaint No smoking room but all smell at tabacco, towels very old, carpet old and worn, the cost for night is allmost that Hilton or Marriott but no housekeeping service and the brakefast is just coffe and muffins.

Needs better management Our stay was very uncomfortable the television did not work there were water bottles left in the room.. The front desk wasn't helpful after letting them know the tv didn't work she said there wasn't anyone who could fix it on the weekend.. Although we were from a different state with small children. .we stayed 2 nights the manager apologized " she is mailing us a free stay at the any hotel" to be honest I wouldn't even re gift that. Needs better management!

Just okay This is an Extended Stay and not a luxury resort, so it's great if you need a hotel for the night but not recommended if your looking for a get away. They have free WiFi and parking which is great, but my room was cold and drafty. I requested a non-smoking room but the assigned room was next to an exit where all of the smokers went, so I got a constant wind of cigarette smoke. Disgusting. The room smelled. The hand towels were filthy. There was hair all over the inside of the shower curtain. Gross.

We stayed at this hotel four days out of our 17 day trip. It was the worst hotel we stayed in. There was no hotel service. We never received new towels. We had to ask for the kitchen utensils and then they were missing like everything in the kitchen set. The staff were of little help.

Look elsewhere Room was not clean. There was small paper scraps and dirt on the floor so it not not been vacuumed. The beds were very hard so we did not get a good night's sleep. I found hairs underneath the sheets. Really was questioning if the sheets had even been washed or not. The stairwell reaked of smoke. On top of all that our kitchenet was completely empty.
