Horrible hotel. I hated the fact that they gave me a smoking room with out even asking me. Elevator took 10 mins to get to one floor. It was just plain horrible. Needs to be shut down. I should receive a refund cause 100 dollars for a hotel that hotel is ridiculous.

Fraud I made reservation but it was cancelled 2 times by hotel and it was charged on my credit card. I need refund. This is fraud.

when entering the hotel lobby it seemed ok, then the representative came out of the office and she was rude, then as I open the door to the room it smelled nothing but weed and cigarettes as if someone just left the room the smell was just horrible, I observed the room and bathrooms, it was so disgusting, good thing i brought 2 blankets because i put one blanket on the top of the bed and one to cover me. Bed linens was old and in bad condition...thin and old. Hotel smelled of smoke even though the rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking.

Worst hotel experience Room was horrible, mess as well as dirty. Cracks in bathroom sink, dirt in bathroom corners of bathroom. Ice was not in freezer when asked about ice machine staff said we don't have one should be ice in freezer. Air conditioner was not working and making noises. Left in moddle of night. Would not recommend this place until they get customer service and maid trainings.

Too young We didn't get a chance to stay because we were too young although we had stayed in this place before with no problem. The website said you only needed an ID and credit card but did not specify the age limit like everyone else. They turned us away because we were not 21. Even though there were records of us staying there earlier this year.

Don't recommend: poor condition, dirty, smoky The room was dirty (hair in the corner of counter, shower), out of date and not kept up well, and our non smoking room smelled of cigarettes (as did the entire floor). The shower also screamed when on. Pros: service, comfortable bed, large room. I've stayed in this chain before and had a great experience. Would not recommend this hotel.
