Terrible staff Do not stay here. There were ants in our room, and the house keepers are rude, and they will charge your credit card to stay for an hour after checkout.

Not a 3 Star! The hotel is very old. The room is very "dated". The comforters are old. The bathroom door had chips and paint peeling from it. The TV is very tiny. One washcloth for two people. The staff was never once at the front desk. Not check in... not check out. We left hotel 4 times in 24 hours..no one ever at front desk. I guess its more comfortable to sit in an office in backroom. The snack and go had two baskets for breakfast...one box empty...no staff.

Was disappointing...we use Town Place Suites and assumed this would be similar...check in was bad...no one at desk...them seem to hide behind a wall.asked if I had stayed at Extended Stay before I said "no". Told me if I needed anything they would have it. They didn't tell me that I had to ask for Everthing! When I found there was no pots or pans or dishes I called desk...I was the told they had them down there...had to go down and get a "bucket" of dishes...they didn't tel me at that time that they had the coffee maker ther... read more

Rooms need renovation. Wouldn't go back. You get what you pay for. Cheap, but gross.

Dried cheese on the counter The location is good as there are very few hotels in the area; it was a disgusting hotel as the room was not well cleaned (kitchen) and they do not offer any kind of regular maintenance. Moreover, without being informed, I was put on the smoking floor for a 3 night stay with no chance to move to another location As a non-smoker and as some one with asthma it was an awful situation. First and last. Housekeeping once a week?! If you want clean towels, go get them from the reception desk. If you want clean sheets, go home. Breakfast is a joke. No coffee maker in the room. The free WiFi is terrible. If you want a better one, pay extra. What? Staff at the reception is surprisingly and unacceptably hostile. Overall - never again. There are a lot of other hotels in the area.
