The problems we had were that there was a strong cigar smell in the room and the hallway,I called front office but I never saw anyone checking out the issue.

Quick fixes during a busy weekend Busy weekends are difficult for any hotel. We almost weren't able to check in early as we had asked. However they accommodated us within the hour. Very much appreciated
