en general bien la zona esta muy bonita,, ,, hay muchas servicios y tiendas de interés cerca , el hotel bonito , bien cuidado , habitaciones de buen tamaño , , mejoraría el desayuno que en realidad es un snack ...

The bathroom sink had hair in it and it was back up. The bed was not comfortable it was like someone broke it. The kitchen floor was coming up. It took them 20 mins to check me out the girl in the after was nice. They didn’t have no breakfast. It’s good for a one night stay

Room was like being at home and staff was very accommodating

Never again I waited at the front desk too long for someone to come and check me in. The room was grimy looking I didn’t want to cook there I just preferred out. And it was too noisy. I heard everything happening at the front desk and office. I’m glad it was just one night I would not have been able to handle more.

Dirty rooms We were moved because the first room was disgusting with soap still in the soap dish, room very dusty and overall not clean. We were moved to another room that was dusty and missing garbage can. Jalissa from front desk was nice with excellent service. However the hotel needs more people working the front desk. I wait at least 5 minutes every time I needed something to get service. The front desk clerks are responsible for doing so many other things like washing sheets which keeps them from the front desk.
