Great staff, cozy stay! My complete stay will reach just over 2 months here. All of the front desk staff has been SO GREAT to me and my babies. My children have even grown fond of them! Everyone here is super nice and so welcoming. I never had any bad experiences and if I needed anything they were all willing to help and immediately. The room was very fitting for us. The place is below average. Ghe staff doesnt fix your room. They do not really have breakfast but just coffee, muffinz and bars. The room bedding has no real comforter.

Hotel was great, clean and staff was great. The general manager was very nice and great with her employees and she helped me check in quickly and she had a great attitude.

Home away from home Came to Chicago to spend a week with my fiance´. For the price i paid for a week i can't complain! Staff was friendly, room spacious, kitchenette and full size refrigerator was so much help on eating out cost. All we had to do was go to the grocery store. Besides the noise sometimes from the lobby (being as though we were the 1st room) i have no complaints!! Would definitely stay again!

The rate brought me here. 3.5 miles from Lombard Metra Train Station. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Good AC unit. Second stay here two consecutive trips. Each rooms shower rod is in terrible shape. The floors could be mopped better. Each tub resurface is chipping off. The kitchens are not equipped you need to check that out at front desk but they don’t have enough so not an option. If I end up here again, I may bring two kettles, fry pan.
