Room was clean, customer service was good but WiFi not working.

Heater/Ac unit made noise and didn't hold temp. Window coverings didn't work properly.

We stayed 2 nights. When we checked in we had to ask for another room because of missing fixtures in the bathroom. When I asked for additional towels to be given to us we never received them. The best part about the hotel is the location its close to everything.
