The hotel was very loud. You could here people slamming their doors all the time and talking in their rooms.

Arrived at 11pm and waited; no one was at the desk Room was very clean, but evening staff was no where to be found. Rang bell, screamed for an attendant, then even went behind the counter to knock on the closed door...unacceptable. Bed and pillows need an upgrade; not too comfortable at all. Room was spacious, so that was a plus. Shower amenities need to include conditioner. Lotion would be nice as well.

Ovenight Stay My husband and I used this hotel for a one night stay. I had researched hotels in th Chicago area because we had a very long drive and wanted to split it up into 2 days. Although some of the reviews were not so pleasant, we decided to stay here because it was a good price and just needed somewhere to sleep. pleasantly suprised Based solely upon the other reviews listed I was aprehensive about booking this hotel but was very pleasantly suprised. Both the room and the staff were wonderful and we're very accommodating and I would recommend this hotel for both price and quality. In a few words...very pleasantly suprised and would visit again in a heart beat.

Nice hotel, poor staff The rooms were fine for the price. Clean and maintained. The worst part was getting a hold of a staff member. They are never at the front desk, we always had to hunt them down throughout the hotel if we needed assistance or even to check in.

Decent price We arrived late, around 11:30pm. We were handed a room key and a paper with breakfast times and Wi-Fi password (never did find the Wi-Fi connection it was supposed to go to). Got to the room and upon walking in were surprised with the amount of space we had. Had a kitchenette, pull out couch, king size bed, and bathroom. However, all the counters were sticky, there was no soap in the kitchen or at the bathroom sink. The only bar of soap in the room was on the tub ledge.
