The refrigerator had some sticky stuff around the door handle. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a stack of hay. The bathroom was alright. The breakfast was coffee and muffins.

It was nice. The staff was friendly & helpful.
The room was missing my pillows. There was a smell like syrup in the room. The floor was stickyand there was dog

Not very extended since no dishes in the kitchen

Front desk girl was very pleasant and accommodating. Bed was comfortable but the room wasn’t the cleanest. Carpet was dirty and room smelled. We were stuck in Chicago after our connecting flight got cancelled so we just needed a place to lay our heads down and shower. Price was reasonable and did the job.

I stayed for 2 weeks and I was told that I had to pay the first week immediately at check in however I had to pay for the second week at the start of the that week. I asked whether I would be able to get housekeeping services when I started the second week however the male Front Desk agent said no and that I would have to pay extra for it and that housekeeping services are available after 2 week stay, very disappointing. Chas was there when he checked in. He was very nice and polite. He called our room about 5 minutes or so after we got to it for a courtesy call to see if the room was okay. I told him about the toilet seat being loose and he sent the maintenance man to fix it right away. The room was very clean and smelled really good.
