It is an okay area. There are restaurants like 1 miles away but not in walking distance. The traffic in Chicago is quite congested. So the taxi for 13 miles would take 1 hour. It would be expensive. The room does not have a working phone. The breakfast is just some snacks. There is no shampoo provided in the shower room. But you can ask for it.
It was not comfortable. I did not feel safe. So we checked out a day early. Also, the elevator was very very slow.
