No exceptions From desk person was not willing to do anything. I was short by $0.25 for laundry.amd rather than letting me borrow one amd bring it back when i came down to chamge the load, i had to go all the way back to the room. Normally ok but my foot back broken. Also, we are frequent flyers and they know we would have given back the quarter.
Stay was good needed more pillows they were flat. Other than that everything was good.
