Ok, would hate to have to stay there longer. Room had dirty/dusty floors and surfaces. One lamp flickered then went out and didn’t work again. There was nothing in any of the cupboards, no plates, utensils, or cups. There was one plastic cup in the bathroom. When I asked if they had plates, cups, or forkes. The front desk acted like I was crazy and after waiting a while he had found three plates, two forks, and one more plastic cup for the four people in our room.

The staff was helpful. The physical condition of the room was not so great. Corners of walls were chipped, counter tops were chipped and splitting, kitchen sink drain was all rusted. Bed linens and shower curtain were wrinkled and almost looked slept in. Carpets in the halls did not look cleaned or vacuumed. Needs updating and spruced up!
There were some electrical issues around 1am and the house light and bathroom and the tv’s power wasn’t working. Thought a fuse was messed up or something but it wasn’t fixed before I checked out.

BYO ice, coffee maker, blow dryer 😬 No ice maker, no coffee maker in the room, no blow dryer in room - empty ice trays in freezer, had to get a coffee maker/coffee from front desk, and all blow dryers were checked out. Staff very nice!

Easy access to local services. Most reasonably priced Hotel within 15 minutes of Midway Airport. Great for early morning flights from Midway Airport.

After reading some negative reviews of this hotel I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a heavily traveled commercial area, but the hotel was quiet.
