Horrible I would never step a foot in here again. When I got there the staff was rude. The place was extremely dirty . I had a late check in and all I wanted to do was get some rest. As soon as I walked in I had a bad feeling about the place and it kept getting worse once the staff started to get rude to the point where I just took my things and ended up staying at residence inn midway Chicago because I had refused to give these people my money.

Extremely disappointed One of the worst hotels/motels I've even been at. This is not a place clean enough and the service is negligible.
