This place was disgusting. Couldn’t even breathe in the room with the smell of old smoke. I didn’t realize when I booked I was assigned a smoking room or I wouldn’t have accepted. This should be in bigger writing. They couldn’t give me a different room as they said they were booked. No refund either, Had to rebook another Hotel at twice as much money. Very Leary to Expedia for Hotels again!

Booked for none smoker and was put in a smoking area room. I was nauseous to the smell the entire time. I’ve paid much less for a way better stay. If you’re looking for something comfortable, clean and reasonably priced this is not the place to go. Keep searching for something better.

The older gentleman at the front desk was not pleasant. The rooms were not well kept and the shower did not work. I expressed my issues with the front desk and the staff did not seem to care. Overall it was just very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

The lady at front desk did not know how to do her job, she needs more experience & better her customer service skills

I never go to extended stay again. Smoke smell , never cleaned carpets, non working oven. Broken handlebars in bathroom. My baby couldn't sleep whole night.
