Extremely poor check-in where I waited and the clerk took other people behind me in line until I interjected. Decor is the worst I have seen in any hotel. Dingy and unattractive. When walking in, just plain depressing

Room was clean, windows dirty. One elevator for whole facility is annoyingly slow. The complimentary "breakfast" consists of coffee, (no decaf), some power bars, and single serving bags of plain oatmeal. All in all, the facility is sub-par. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Worst hotel in Chicago!! The worst experience ever. Hotel.com over booked this location and refuses to refund my money!! The manager is also a liar!!!

I recommend something else for the same price The hallways did smell like smoke that I couldn't really breath and had to run to my room because I'm asthmatic. It is weird since they mentioned they charge a fee for smoking. Looks noone abide by policies. Breakfast was minimal and would say none. Coffee and muffins that's it. I'm not sure how they advertise for it. It is an okay place. You wont regret staying here but for the price I can book at BW or LaQuinta and have a full breakfast and smoke free hallways.

Run down The entire floor I was on smelled of pot and lysol. Very outdated and dirty.

Terrible Experience R U D E customer service at the front desk. I stayed there for an entire week and never received room cleaning or new toiletries even when I asked they said they ‘need my toiletries in exchange for new ones’ (Who says that?!) when I put them out for the cleaning lady to take and they didn’t believe me so I received nothing in return. NEVER BOOKING AGAIN.

Close to airport but not worth it Needed one night stay near Midway before an early morning flight. Hotel was awful and we requested refund and did not stay there. Unacceptable odor throughout hotel. Musty, smoky. Dirty, smelly. Should be condemned. Manager honored a refund for us.
