The staff at the front desk was excellent. And the person dat clean my room was excellent. My first night stay my bathtub wasn't clean or my sink.

No coffee in room no ice on floors or room no clock in room

The free parking was a huge money saver. My car was parked for 5 days while traveling and had no issues. I was disappointed that the free shuttle wasn't available as advertised. They do have cab service for $14.00. Was also expecting breakfast as listed when booking. That was replaced with a coffee bar. I was surprised it was actually a kitchenette but did not have enough plastic cups for 4 people. The smoke smell was also quite strong even though we were in a non-smoking room.
