朝食がシリアル コーヒーのみ 他のホテルと比べるとさみしいです

The free wi-fi needs to be strong, and good, and not subject to whether or not you wanna pay extra for "strong" and "good." I think that's a shady way of making more money off people. Good wi-fi for all, please. There was a pubic hair in the bathroom. The shower handle was completely broken and falling off. The room itself felt like it needed an update.

Breakast was miminal but ok. Free shuttle to airport cost $12.00

I liked that it wasn't to far from midway or downtown Chicago also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby!

Most of the staff very nice, accomodating, and made want to come back. There was a man working in the afternoon who not customer-friendly,

Decent Room, Clean close to everything. Room just smelled of smoke

I was worried about staying here after reading some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The staff greeted us and got us checked into our room 2 hours before check in time. Anthony was busy consistently cleaning the hotel and making sure everything was in order! He was a pleasure to speak with. Our room was very clean. At one point we wanted to go swimming and the front desk was kind enough to make sure to send us to a facility near the hotel but that it was also in a safe neighborhood. overall a good experience. some issues to improve = the carpets are not clean; the breakfast is TOO poor to be merchandised as a FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED...
