Accidentally selected a smoking room when I booked online. I have very bad breathing problems so when we walked into the room the smell was awful and put me into an attack. We called to see if we could be changed into a non smoking room and were told they were sold out. I am now sleeping next to the windows with both open as far as we can get them and the heat on silently suffering and unable to breathe :(

Stay was good but needs improvement in cleanliness Stay was good couple of things needs improvement 1) They dont have cleaning service every day 2) Breakfast is grab and go, they can add more options

Comfortable Stay America was not stocked with cutlery or plates but it was clean and comfortable. Good people. The location makes it harder to walk around, but it's possible. And Uber and Uber eats delivers.

Location there at Midway was great even though we were driving traveling to and from business trips was accessible for us.The manager her self assisted us with luggage from car to hotel suite. Lauren was quite amazing thoroughly enjoyed the association.
