Will not go back Looks good on the outside, but that is where it ends. Room was filled with the stench of pet urine, bathroom floor was sticky and buckled in places, stove burners had a thin layer of grease, bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was granola bars and packaged muffins, and coffee was almost empty at 8a.m.

It had minimal comfort amenities. There were no hangers, no place for a suitcase, very cheap toilet paper & tissues, no card indicating what TV statins were available. We were at a Super 8 the next night which was very comfortable at $25 less a night. Afraid you won't see us again.

Contrairement au descriptif de l'hotel, pas de navette pour les activités aux environs (outlet, casino), nous avons du prendre des taxis. De plus le shuttle pour l'aéroport démarre à 5h, nous avions un avion à 6h donc obligés également de prendre un taxi. Pas de petit déjeuner non plus, car commence à 5h. Pas de possibilité de manger aux alentours. Je n'y retournerai pas. Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour sa situation par rapport à l'aéroport, mais aucun service n'allait avec.....

Bad training Had reservations for one day. I thought I would need another day, so I requested for another day. Not only did they charge me again for the room I had reservations for and paid for the first time. But the second night was charged and the young lady at front desk did not know how to reimburse me for not staying the extra day I didn't need.

The "FREE" shuttle service was all OVER-PROMISE AND UNDER-DELIVER. Twice they left us. The hours for transportation are unreliable. And the "free breakfast" was missing. No coffee. No food. Just generally disappointing.

Close but no cigar! Very close to Allstate Arena. But Bring your own bedding. I've never seen a bed so hairy and a room so sticky!!
